Programming

To develop your design program, we first meet with you to discuss your vision, lifestyle and special needs. We then analyze the existing conditions of your site and decide on a realistic budget.

Conceptual Design

We start working with floor plan concepts – looking at elevations, styles of architecture, and considerations for alternative building systems that may suit your particular project.

Working Drawings

Once a design concept is approved, we prepare permit drawings from which your project can be built.
