Programming
Develop your design program, we first meet with you to discuss your vision, lifestyle and special needs.
Then, we analyze the existing conditions of your site to coordinate a realistic budget.
Conceptual Design
We start working with floor plan concepts - looking at elevations, styles of architecture, and considerations for alternative building systems that may suit your particular project.
Working Drawings
Once a design concept is approved, we prepare permit drawings from which your project can be built.
